Marciano vs Frazier could go either way but Frazier isn't lasting 5 rounds with a peak Tyson.

Tyson too much speed, too much movement, too good of a chin, too much power.

He prefered being at mid-range where he could get maximum leverage on his punches. On the inside he might try a quick uppercut but then would clinch so that the ref would put him back out where he wanted to be without him having to expend the energy to work his way out.

I'm also not so sure Tyson was physically stronger than Frazier: Afterall, Evander Holyfield manhandled Tyson with relative ease. While it can rightfully be claimed Mike's skills had deteriorated after prison I don't think a case can be made that he was physically weaker than before.

Good post . contrary to belief Tyson's not even considered as a great infighter .<<[ boxing mags ect]
As you said he was sort of a 'inbetween' fighter.

Holyfield was insanely strong in the two fights with Tyson. He had muscles upon muscles, purposely built himself up in order to be stronger than Tyson! Im not really up to date with the whole holyfield steroid use stories but it wouldn't surprise me if he had taken something during those two fights.

This. He was HUGE and Tyson definitely wasn't at the same level of god-like strength he had been.

The advantage Tyson, Joe and Tua have over Marciano is size. Rocky wasn't very big, he would be outweighed by 30-40 pounds.

At least H2H he definitely was.
Do you think Tua would have gone down against Bonavena ?
Or against a 40 years old Archie Moore ? or against a 40 years old Jersey Joe Walcott ?
Tua was not down against Ike Ibeabuchi , Hassim Rahman and Lennox Lewis.
But idiots don't get that comparison. Do they ?
And before some jerk fart anything , Tua wasn't beaten by Ibeabuchi nor by Byrd. In fact , he was not even badly beaten by Lewis as some try to make it to be. Tua was the agressor in that fight. The scorecards disagree for some reason.
Tua would have KO'd both men , and he is one of the very few fighters who may have beaten a prime Tyson in his own game in their prime.
If someone tries to brawl with Tua , he goes out. It was proven many times.
Even Ibeabuchi boxed Tua for some periods in their fight , although he is rightfully praised for surviving Tua while playing his game for most of the time.
But look at Ibeabuchi and look at Marciano and Frazier , and try to find differences in their physiques , spare your observations from me.
