          Hopkins can get away with murder when he has an inferior inside fighter in front of him. Too bad for Hopkins, this would not be the case In the last 20 years, Hopkins and Toney are the best inside fighters the sport has seen at 160 or above. Toney would not need a ref to keep the fight on an even playfield.
