Joe Calzaghe the best super middleweight ever in my eyes. Won it all at two weights. Beat the great Hopkins and Jones jnr. Had great heart hand speed, boxing skills and had alot of power ask Eubank. But how would he of done against Tarver and Johnsen?? I think he would of won both fights by UD big style. What do you think?

Calzaghe turned down fighting Johnson on 3 occasions IMO i think Johnson would have been by far the best opponent Calzaghe had ever fought. Johnson was at the top of his game and very dangerous & durable

Calzaghe was injured when they were meant to fight. Johnsen was beaten by omar sheika and calzaghe schooled sheika. So calzaghe would of taken Johnsen no problem.

Jones KO'd sheika last year does that mean he can beat johnson??

I don't think tarver can beat cal,but johnson would defintly cause some trouble for him.

Sheika was past it by then Calzaghe faced him when he was a contender. Johnsen and tarver were both gud fighters but not in the league of zags. Johnsen faced sheika when they were both younger.

joe calzaghe had a chance to fight jones and bhop years earlier when in their prime, even after he beat the over hyped jeff lacey did he take the offer to fight chad dawson, glen jonstone, jean pascal. tarver, bute ? no, he chose bika and manfredo if memory serves me right. joe was good but not great, i mean a 43 year old takes him to split and he got the nod in a split against robin reid, many ppl thought joe lost that fight and eubank was way past his prime as was roy jones jnr.

he did lol but a paper bag blowing in the wind would beat jones back then **** jones was a shadow of himself way before the joe fight it was a mismatch in joes favour,at his peak jones wins even hardcore joe fans admit that jones would never split desicion reid in his peak lol lol lol anyways jones is a great joe aint FACT!!!!.
And for the record a thought bhop sneaked it against joe if not it was a draw.
