Some people here seem to think that the punch Tarver hit Jones with was a lucky punch, I don't think it was. You can see Tarver trying to time him with the the left hook, during round one and barely missing with it about 30 seconds before he koed Jones.

Whether it was or not doesn't really matter, Roy would probably have lost anyway. His subsequent performance in the Glen Johnson fight indicated that his chin was nothing like it was before the trip back from heavyweight to light heavyweight.
And lets face it, Tarver clearly won the third fight......even if Roy gave some good cameos here and there.
But prime Jones beats prime Tarver every day of the week for me.

It wasn't a lucky punch but lets be fair here: Jones was finished as an elite fighter by second Tarver fight.
