A prime Joe Louis was a pretty sharp starter, Sharkey, Max Baer, Schmelling II.
Frazier was even at his prime a slow starter. Louis was an accurate puncher and a ruthless finisher, Frazier was easy to find.
I'm a huge fan of Frazier and don't buy into this chinny nonsense but I'd be worried that he'd be out of there or pretty badly hurt by the time he started to smoke.

I think GJC may have nailed this one, Frazier undoubtably has the power and mid/final rounds pace to cause Louis some nasty problems. But Louis's punches may have left his face and eyes in such a state long before then.

If Frazier was to be stopped I cant see him being counted out though.

          Pick'em fight. Someone's getting sparked.

          2-1 over a 3 fight series.
