It's who you think is the best p4p, not who fought the better opposition :P.

spinks at about 6'2" was naturally bigger than norris , norris at 5'9" and not a big puncher even for his size , faced size differences spinks would not have met even if he fought vitali klitschko , and despite spinks' impressive and meaningul win over cooney , and 2 close fights against holmes , norris outpointed mccall , took tony tucker the distance twice in 2 close fights , lost the first and won the second , took akiwande the distance , took golota the distance , won against greg page and renaldo snipes , all of these are fights against much much bigger men than the bulked norris. spinks never met such adversity , he would not have been considered as good as he is had he fought all of these , and vitali klitschko too , poor norris.

McCall always blew hot and cold and whether Norris beat him is debatable.
Tucker again hot and cold Norris beat him just after mighty Bruce Seldon did.
Akinwande is rubbish but if you class fighters by size then yes he is a world beater.
Take the 2 Bowe fights out of Golota's resume and he is decididly average.
              Page and Snipes were shot.
You forgot that he Ko'd Billups in Billups 1st fight for what its worth.

So on the fact that he survived against some BIG fighters and occassionally beat a poor or shot BIG fighter you rate Orlin Norris above SweetPea?
