can't see this ending well for chambers...probably the same way his fight with wlad did.

I'd rather match up Ruddock with say Povetkin, Arreola, Boytsov, maybe even Peter. Not saying they'd all beat him, just more entertaining and probably more competitive. Though Eddie might surprise me and give Ruddock a boxing lesson.

How about Eddie Chambers vs Thad Spencer, #1 contender (back when there was only one title) for 6 months in late 1967 and early 1968?

Thad had very fast hands, but not much power, and at 5'11", 200 lbs, much closer to Eddie's size.

his weight problems aside, i like arreola and i think he'd give ruddock a hard fight. i think arreola's proven his heart and chin against klitschko. that was one of the more prolonged ass whippings i've seen in awhile. barring arreola catching him with something big i think he comes out on top in a war after arreola's corner steps in late. if chris were to get in shape and stop walking into every other punch maybe it'd be a different story though.

Serious? Ruddock would have killed Chambers. If Razor were around today he'd be up there with the Klitschkos.
