      No.

But if Mayweather beats Mosley in style, and Pac then walks right through him later this year... then we can talk about it!

should Mayweather beat Mosley then lose to Manny Pacquiao then Manny Pacquiao will become P4P the Greatest Fighter in the history of Profesional Boxing.... so it is quite feasible to say that at this time Pacquiao is P4P All Time Top 5

i dont think any fighter could "Totally Outclass" Pacquiao, yes Floyd could beat him should they meet later this year and if they do meet it will be a match-up between the top 2 fighters of the decade.

Absolutely. At that point he's definitely TOP 10 and arguably TOP 5. I don't think Pac has to "walk right through him" for this. A clear and undisputed win would be enough.

If, after beating Mayweather, he fights and beats more quality welterweights- Mosely, Marg, Berto etc... then and only then should we start talking about TOP 5.

If he would go down to Light Welter and beat Bradley that would be awesome as well.

I'm a Pac fan but as of now I don't think he breaks the TOP 10, he is TOP 20 at best.

i think in these discussions we need to allow ourselves a measure of hindsight. ten years after he retires is probably a better time to have this discussion. that being said, i would say "no" for now at least...

May be PAc should finish his career first? AS for the question - it is quite possible after a while... If this question rises right now, imagine how people will treat him in a couple of years...
