A few days ago an old thread from 2005, detailing the amateur accomplishments of several prominent pro fighters, was revived. The info on Ayub Kalule reeds like this:

1973 African finalist (132 lbs.)
1973 Multi Nations (132 lbs., lost to Aaron Pryor)
1974 African champion (139 lbs.)
1974 Commonwealth Games gold medalist (132 lbs.)
1974 World champion (139 lbs.)
1975 Danish championships (147 lbs., lost to Hans-Henrik Palm)
1976 Danish champion (147 lbs., beat Hans-Henrik Palm)
1976 European cup winner (147 lbs., beat Delroy Parkes)
Now I know for a fact, that Kalule never entered the Danish amateur championships, and that he never met Hans-Henrik Palm... so this makes me wonder about the validity of some of the other information.
I have never heard, that he should have met Pryor as an amateur... so I was wondering, if any of you guys out there can confirm, that such a fight actually took place???
