I'd say Armstrong has the same trouble with an in-shape Canzoneri that he did with Lou Ambers. Armstrong had to swallow a lot of blood during his first fight with Ambers, which he won by a close decision. Canzoneri would score with his counter punches, and it would be a war, with Armstrong winning a close decision in the end by outworking Canzoneri.
