I'd have Hopkins just above him.. Both very tough fighters, but in a fantasy match up, I see Hopkins winning by MD..

There's really no contest. Charley Burley along with Sam Langford was the greatest fighter never to win a title. EVERYONE ducked him apart from fellow BMR fighters, many of whom were bigger than him. Pound for pound there's a good case for Burley being the greatest ever. Can't make a similar case for Hopkins.

you cant give a fighter like burley a big ranking push because he was ducked by many.

Not matter how could he was, he wasnt really given the chance to prove his greatness and no disrespect to him but he did lose to ATG twice when he was being ducked
