I know of some with short amateur careers, but guys with none? I'm pretty sure Saul Alvarez and Chavez Jr. didnt have amateur careers.

In any case, I would love to read the article when it's done.

Years ago, there were many that had no Amateur bouts, Here's a list of some modern boxers that had no Amateur experience.
