He certainly possesses supreme skill but this isn't something that is a requirement for being an ATG. Julio Ceaser Chavez is an ATG who had little in the way of physical skills or gifts. He got it done based on who he faced and the determination he showed in beating them. Floyd is a success but he hasn't challenged himself enough by facing high caliber opponents to be considered an ATG yet. He still has some time to do this.
