I don't think there are too many examples of southpaws consitently using the "shoulder roll" technique.

Zab Judah used it at times:

Reggie Johnson, was a solid contender/champ. Too bad he was in the same era with RJJ and Toney

It's not used by Southpaws very often because it's flawed against an opponent of the opposite stance. The idea behind the shoulder roll is to catch the jab and roll the straight, against a person of the opposite stance you would end up rolling the jab and leaving yourself in a bad position to defend against the straight. Another problem is it invites lead hooks to be thrown since your lead hand is so far down you again have to duck/roll to defend those.

Now it can still be used to roll straights by southpaws it's just it has to be adapted since you can no longer catch jabs and hooks very easily since your flipped around. If you watch Mayweather's fights against southpaws you will notice he uses it still but in a much more subtle way than he normally does. He also fights with a more traditional stance with both hands held up high against southpaws because dropping your lead hand is simply giving your opponent an weakness to exploit(Although some fighters do this to bait you into playing there game).
