Eddie Perkins- was an excellent fighter, but not enough wins over IBHOF members
Barry Mcguigan-one win over Eusebio Pedroza.
Laszlo Papp-never fought for a world title(I'm not sure if the IBHOF takes into consideration Amateur credentials).

Never beat a HOFer - and was knocked out by the only two he ever met (Ortiz, Saldivar).

I dont understan how barry mcguigan and Jess Wilard are in but Willie Joyce, kalambay, Eddie Booker and Wilfredo Vasquez are not in???
