    By virtue of the fact that Leonard only had 40 total fights, the last two of which were extremely ill-advised. That he fought 5 years, took over 2 years off, 1 fight - another 3 years off, and only 3 fairly meaningful fights after that. Impressive wins with Hagler, Hearns, Duran, better than Pep's top 3, but Pep has him by far on longevity.

    So I'd have to say Pep.

      This is a 'no brainer'

      Pep scored more KO's than Leonard had fights, and Pep is generally considered as a light puncher..

          Pep. When it comes to ATG discussion Leonard secured himself away from the top, due to some career moves.

            Pep also fought in an era where guys would fight 2-3 times a month bit of a difference.
