                pacquiao
                mosley
                mayweather
                marquez
                morales
                chito trinidad

marquez-morales was close but marquez didbetter vs. both pacquiao (somewhat) and barrera.
chito used hardened wraps beneath his gloves .
mayweather is still undefeated cause he did not fight cotto , mayorga (yes , i know mosley KO'd him in the last 5 seconds) , forrest and wright .
maybe marquez and morales should actually be above floyd ?
this is close too , IMO.

if this question means why is he below mosley then the answer is composed of 2 parts :
                      (1) maybe it is close too
                      (2) floyd is only a little smaller than shane , but unlike shane , he fights smaller men as a habit , especially at 147 , yes i know , he fought oscar at 154 , but an older oscar than the one shane fought twice and achieved the same against , floyd is a much bigger ducker than shane despite shane ducked him .
