    Top 25 Non-HOF Boxers of All-Time

after finally llyod marshall and red lopez made it to the HOF, it is now time to look for the best fighter that is yet to be inducted in the HOF. To me, it's Chris Eubank

consider only those are are eligible for induction and those that are not in the IBHOF list.

Here is my Top 10 List:
    1. Chris Eubank
    2. Nigel Benn
    3. Naseem Hamed
    4. Tiger Jack Fox
    5. Young Jack Thompson
    6. Hilario Zapata
    7. Ernesto Marcel
    8. Michael Nunn
    9. Jiro Watanabe
    10. Myung Woo Yuh

    Next 20:
    Rosendo Alvarez
    Yoko Gushiken
    Eddie Perkins
    Eddie Booker
    Masao Obha
    Hiroyuki Ebihara
    Ceferino Garcia
    Davey Moore
    Horacio Accavallo
    Peter Kane

    Mike O'Dowd
    Santos Laciar
    Pone Kingpetch
    Ray Mancini
    Kid Azteca

    Julian Jackson
    Ken Overlin
    Joey Archer
    Kid Cocoa
    Johnny Famechon

I feel that the above top 20 fighters are more deserving that brian mitchell and barry mcguigan.

The only guy missing off the top of my head from that list is Ernesto Marcel. Nominated for the HOF the last two years, just missed out this year, and is already in the WBHOF.

Most of these guys are more deserving than Barry McGuigan though.

Three guys in the WBHOF that should be in the IBHOF are Esteban Dejesus, Jose Luis Ramirez, and Primo Carnera. I don't think Argentine Juan martin Coggi is in either HOF; but he was one of the most solid JR WW in the last 30 years of boxing. As for asian fighters although his career was brief the number of title defenses by Yoko gushiken merit serious consideration and a guy like Cerefino Garcia who was the only pinoy MW champ. I also think atleast two of these three should get in Mancini, Pazmanian MF, or Haugen.

I think the eastern coast snow has given me a TKO? Will see the doctor now

I used to consider Kalambay and Nunn borderline and still could; they're right there with Curry. I think they deserve to hear a vote, same as Eubank and Benn.

Carnera? That might be the worst idea I've ever heard for the Hall. Not enough quality and too much (rightful) speculation that his big wins were fixed and he was made to look a joke against top guys when it was clearly on the up.

I'm sticking with Jeffra as the biggest miss for right now. World titles in two weight classes, won five of six from Escobar, and was already in the old Ring Hall.
