earnie shavers is a good choice - you can see many entire fights of his as highlights - quick enough at both winning and losing.
tyson was somewhat better in this aspect , at least he was never stopped quickly. julian jackson similar too in this aspect.
david tua , however , quick only at winning and never stopped as a pro. the most impressing highlights , and unlike tyson , marciano and hagler , he did not use elbows. to win a belt you need to be KO'd by tua first. this is the principle.
first appear in his highlights as an easy victim , then win a belt.
