When i think great left hooks i think of Joe Frazier's sledgehammer......Sugar Ray Robinson, Floyd Patterson's leaping left hook against Ingemar Johansson and a few more....but in your opinion who had the best???? the perfect combination of technique, power and speed???

I'd go with SRR on this but P4P, at 175 and 185lbs respectively, Bob Foster and Henry Cooper are well worth a mention..

Theres quite a few that come to mind.
De La Hoya, Tito Trinidad, Joe Frazier, Jeff lacy, Tommy Morrison, David Tua...all these dudes that a wicked left hook. There's the Left-Hook-to-the-head, David Tua was devasting at that! De La Hoya had a sweet Left-Hook-To-The-Body, (The Mexican gut punch!) Trinidad was more of a head hunter.

He also said, 'pound 4 pound,' and Tua weighs in at around 240..
Sonny Liston at 210 or Joe Louis at 200 are far better examples..

Trinidad's not a bad call, but i'd have Joe Gans and Jose Napoles slightly above him..
