George foreman retired for 10 years after 42 fights & came back at 37 to have a second 10 year career winning another title at 45.

Archie Moore!! His prime was at the tender age of 15 and he fought til the age of 109!

All seriousness aside, when was Moore's prime? He was still defending his light heavy title at the age of 45 and fought Marciano for the heavyweight title at 39yrs old, fought Patterson for that title at 40 and faced Ali at 46!

These are two that came to my mind as well....Foreman and Moore.
