Ferdie Pacheco the worst commintator ever?

That guy really annoys me, when ever i watch an old fight his commentary is possibly the most annoying, he has a terrible voice is always biased he completely ruins a lot of old fights. I remember he always used to rip into Frank Bruno and he kept calling Pernell Whitaker pee wee.

Not sure if Steward and Lampley are less biased.

In the 1980's, while teaming up with Marv Albert, Ferdie was IMO an excellent commentator. In the 1990's, while teaming with Steve Albert and Bobby Czyz on Showtime, he was god awful. He kissed King's ass and was totally biased whenever tyson and Chavez fought, openly rooting for them. He never took those two to task for some of the boorish behavior they exhibited during their fights. During the November 1991 fight between Buddy Mcgirt and Simon Brown, he continually ripped McGirt's punching power. meanwhile, McGirt was treating Brown like an Amateur. He questioned McClellan's heart while he was laid out on the canvas almost dead against Benn.

I agree. Especially about McClellan. How does a docter not see there was something wrong with the guy? Instead he acted like he quit like a coward.

His voice was annoying, he could not form a single sentence without stuttering badly and he always had a negative tone. I'm sure we all saw the latest Ali-Frazier documentary where he showed he was still the same ****** he always was.

Pachecco had some good moments mainly earler on network tv, but during his stint at Showtime he and Czyz definately gave us "C-" commentary on a B+ network

LOL, he was all over Trinidad's jockstrap, gotta admit I was a Tito nuthugger myself, felt sorry for the opponent thou, and so was Czyz and Albert but not as bad. I still think Lampley and Steward are worse.
