Does anybody have a link to the HBO version with Lampley and Merchant calling the fight? I'd love to hear their reactions when the knockout occured.

The best moment was when the "Buster" laid on the canvas for like 12 seconds.

Get a copy of that one.

Note: It was not a Pay Per View fight. It was just a regular HBO fight that you didn't have to pay for (who would be buying a Tyson vs. Buster Who?! fight?). The fight was on a Saturday night up against the NBA All-Stars Slam Dunk Contest and I remember switching back and forth. But after a while you realized what was going on in the supposed-to-be-ho-hum Tyson fight was unbelievable. By round two or three the phone was ringing off the hook ("Are you watching this!?!") and everyone was locked onto the Tyson fight. One of the best sports viewing moments of all time. It was amazing to see that fight unfold live.

(neils, I think I chat boxing with you over at IMDB.)
                - -Sorta like the Moon landing and Pearl Harbor, everyone knows where they were in the momentous moment.

Me, I read about it the next AM, but not so surprised because the prefight press showed the problems Mike had in his training camp.
