  • Name some prize fighters who had very little amature experience?

    Av had 11 amatyre fights and am sick of fighting for no money, any past or present fighters who didnt have much amature experience, but went on to be good fighters? thanks guys

    Dwight Muhammad Qawi had no amateur fights. But he did take up boxing while he was in prison.

    Rocky Marciano had about 12 amateur fights. He wasn't very successful as an amateur but turned out to be a good pro.

    Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. & Jr. had very little amateur fights.

        Sanchez had like 4, Duran had a handful, Chavez sr and jr had pract none, Jeff chandler had 2, Quawi had none, Billy Conn didn't have any, there are quite a lot mate..
