Locche: Great Fighter Or Carnival Act?

Guess I never made up my mind about him 100%. Obviously a great talent, but does he qualify as a great fighter too? He tries less hard to win than anyone. If anyone actually ever scored points for his defense it must have been him. More defensive than any fighter on the books I know of.

He brought a unique approach. Uniqueness can go far in terms of fame. I do not believe he could handle very many prime greats since he could not threaten them with pain.
