Read the reports of Louis' comeback fights and ,if you have them watch, them as I first did in the 60's.
You seem to be under the impression I am knocking Louis.far from it! I am explaining to you ,or trying to , that he was only about 60% of the fighter he had been.That's why he retired he knew he wasn't the Brown Bomber anymore

Louis in his last fight would've KOed Ali in his last fight, and also KOed Ali in his 2nd to last fight in spite of a significantly longer career than Ali. In short, the Louis decline is greatly exaggerated by usual suspects lacking perspective.
