A good question would be...is a there a fighter we can't put on this list if interpretation is so wide...such as ducking rematches.
Then would that mean fighters could duck initial incarnations of bouts? Take Pacquiao for instance.
Ducked Mayweather in his prime.
Ducked Mosley in his prime.
Also ducked Joan Guzman and Nate Campbell. Possibly even Amir Khan.
That's not to pick on Pacquiao. Just an example of someone who isn't often talked about with regards to ducking, and you can argue for any of the above names being ducked by him.

The most ducked fighter ever was probably Sandy Saddler. At 5' 8" 1/2, he was almost the same size as Marciano, who wanted no part of that punching machine. Tony Zale would not give Sandy a break, either. Ray Robinson, forget about it. You don't think Ezzard Charles or Archie Moore ever gave Sandy a shot, do you?Comment
