    Just a bit about Young Corbett and a bit about some prizerfighter's money. **** don't change. I thought the money talks was new **** but that was me being silly and thinking **** changes.

    Links didn’t work for me...I had a great large hardcover boxer anthology book once. It had a picture of a boxer and a paragraph or more on the fighter underneath. Cant remember when the names started but it was the late 1700s I think. Tom Cribb, Bill Richmond etc. all the way up to the mid 1990s at the time. I’ve read enough of the old histories, and yep “money” was always the main part of it. It’s a very “human” sport and everything was carefully manipulated just like it is today. Of anything history is more relatable than not.
