    I really can't accept Lopez at number 16. I think he could add 7 pounds and still be in the top 5 at the very least.

      I think he could as well. Unfortunately the program uses a set formula for refiguring its ratings when fighting out of weight class.

          I'm pretty sure you can turn off adjustment for weight classes. Lopez was such a magnificent fighter that I think he deserves that treatment.

Old-School-Eight weight-classes, 21 fighters in each, each fighter takes on all the others 100 times each for 2,000 total fights for each fighter. Final results ranked by over-all winning percentage. I also added a small number of current or near-contemporary fighters in each weight class that didn't make the initial cut so as to preempt at least some of the inevitable "well what about so-and-so....." posts.
