Young Stribling is a bit of a forgotten warrior nowadays. Having died 2 months shy of his 29th birthday he compiled a record of 257-15-15 (128). If Im not mistaken he is second to only Archie Moore for career knockouts. During his career he fought and beat more often than not, the likes of Jimmy Slattery, Battling Levinski, Paul Berlenbach, Jimmy Delaney, Tommy Laughran, Maxie Rosenbloom and Mike McTigue as well as losing efforts against Jack Sharkey and Max Schmelling.
