It gets a little tougher when trying to name his 5th best win since he has many very good wins which are not quite on par with the first four.

Clyde Gray was always a respectable, experienced welterweight contender and Hearns was just a kid when he knocked him out.
Bruce Curry was also a solid contender who later became a title holder at light welterweight, Hearns dominated him and KO'd him in three.
Saensak Muangsurin, a former long-reigning light welterweight champ was stopped in 3 rounds by Hearns.
Mike Colbert, former number 1 middleweight contender in the world, beaten by a welterweight Hearns.
Angel Espada, former welterweight champ, KO'd in 4 rounds.
Eddie Gazo, light middleweight champ, KO'd in one.
Murray Sutherland, light heavyweight contender and future super middleweight champ, beaten by light middleweight Hearns.
James Shuler, undefeated Olympian, KO'd in one.
Mark Medal, light middleweight champ, stopped in 8 rounds.
Doug DeWitt, a tough middleweight title holder.
Dennis Andries, 3-time light heavyweight champion.
Juan Roldan, a top middleweight contender, KO'd in four for the vacant WBC middleweight title.
James Kinchen, an accomplished super middleweight, beaten by a decision for the WBO super middleweight title.
Michael Olajide, a talented middleweight, outboxed to a one-sided decision win.

Hearns has a lot of good names on his resume, something he is not always given credit for. He also fought them from welterweight up to light heavyweight. I'd say that his 5th best win would be an aged but still competitive Sugar Ray Leonard had the decision been given to Hearns.

Officially though, his fifth best win is probably Andries, not that Andries was great but it was a great accomplishment for Hearns to stop such a durable opponent far above his best weights which were 147-154. The win over Virgil Hill, a much better light heavyweight, overshadows this win however.

I agree with you, I had to have a good think for his 5th best win, and it was pretty difficult and case can be made for numerous fighters.
