James Scott very easily.
One of the biggest shocks for me was when Scott whipped Eddie Mustafa Muhammad at Rahway. Scott also has nice wins over Jesse Burnette and Richie Kates, two very good fighters, and, although not quite as good at kates and Burnette, he also beat Jerry Celestine. I saved Yaqui Lopez as icing on my cake of a response (), and we all know how tough he was.
I was following his every fight on NBC's Sport's World and rooted against him every time. He surprised me all but twice (Qawi and Martin).
I personally think that Ricky Womack would have beaten Lamont Kirkland and would also have given Scott a tougher fight than Kirkland would have.
I read some time back here that James Scott was released from prison several years ago.
Womack, sadly, died of a self inflicted gunshot to his head. He was a very rough dude though.
