Any one know the story behind Carlos Monzon knocking out Micky Rouke?

The story goes, Rourke sparred Monzon in prison. Rourke was too ****y and Monzon didn't like it, so Carlos pretended Mickey was an ex-girlfriend who overcooked the steak.

Rourke was a strange guy. He was a very promising actor in Hollywood, whose looks helped him get some parts, and then he decides to be a pro boxer.

He also apparently was lazy and sometimes didn't bother to learn his lines.

The Wrestler is a solid, depressing movie I might add.
