I always thought that Hagler was taking it a little too easy on Duran, respecting his skills and trying to box more than brawl to show that he could do it (which cost him against Ray Leonard).

Duran did box very well that night but Hagler could've forced the fight more.
It was a solid win anyway over a game Duran.

Great Fight, Duran put up a great effort, and at times the fight fight was very tactical, and both men pushed each other hard and Hagler dersevd the decision. Two all time greats!
