Agreed. Reading a article on him in a old Boxing Magazine. And back then they were saying he was the next Sonny Liston, but even they said he had mental health issues, there was rumour he even try to commit suicide!

Yeh while watching that fight i thought of Liston, he looks like him in that fight aswell. I guess we will never know how good he could have been!.

That hook/uppercut was a killer. I always find it hard to believe that Byrd got up from that shot, even if he could not really fight on who can blame him.
