    Roy Jones Jr.'s Chin

Do people on here honestly feel Tarver "Destroyed" "Exposed" Jones? I have watched the video numerous times and it looks to me like Tarver threw a wide punch when getting pressured and it just happened to land on Jones' temple which dropped him. He didn't aim for that spot, and he wasn't waiting for the opportunity to unleash that punch, we threw a wild punch and got lucky plain and simple. If Tarver could do that everytime he would have done it the first time they fought, and the last time.

Any fighter can get knocked out by a lucky punch, that's what boxing is all about. Other than Tarver, Johnson's k.o. of Jones is the only argument that can be made about Jones' chin, and that fight seemed more like Jones wasn't "all there" when he was in the fight. Other than those fights, Jones chin had never been part of the equation.

Bottom line, Roy is still a great fighter. All you people who jumped off the Roy Jones Jr. bandwagon after the Tarver loss should be sick!!!

Damn man, never knew he fought him so soon after.

He should have had a break, a tune up fight or so, then he would have been ready.

Unless that was just the "end of the line" for Jones.

HBO had that date for him, it was too soon, big mistake,

he should have retired then after the Johnson fight
