How do you score older fights?

Not the criteria obviously, but there are some scores like 49-43 in a 10 round bout. Did they use a five point system?

Also when scoring on a 10 point system what would be the extra stuff for 15 rounds.

    Like

    12 rounds to 0 is 120-108
    11 to 1: 119-109
    10-2: 118-110
    9-3: 117-111
    8-4: 116-112
    7-5: 115-113
    6-6-: 114-114

What are the common scores for a 15 round bout (ten point system)

    15 to 0:
    14 to 1:
    13-2:
    12-3:
    11-4
    10-5
    9-6
    8-7

Scores like 49-43 in a 10 round fight is because of the 5 point must system.

    15-0 would be 150-135 so 149-136, 148-137, 147-138, 146-139, 145-140, 144-141, 143-142.

Yeah, mostly by rounds. Sometimes rounds + supplimental scoring (New York), and the five point must was common too. When I watch older fights I score using ten point must regardless of the scoring system actually used for the fight. Mostly that's post 1960 because I've found complete fights to be a rarity prior to 1960.

Thanks. ESPN classic probably has the full fights, but they just don't air it all, which kind of pisses me off. Especially when I was watching Louis-Conn.
