    Would Hearns have been one of the greatest if his chin had been solid as in able to take Hagler's punches without getting hurt solid.

    I think he would have. He would've beaten Leonard and maybe Hagler.

    he def would have been much better and done alot better against Hagler and not have sufferd 2 KO losses to Barkley

      Against Hagler, it was not really even so much his chin as stamina I think. He just couldn't deal with Hagler's pressure. Hagler had one of the best chins of all time, arguably THE best, so it wouldn't really change Hagler's assault if Hearns's chin was better, he would still be forced to fight like that and tire out.

      Anyways, enough rambling. I agree with this thread. In my opinion, Hearns was impossible to outbox from 147 to 154, you had to KO him or pressure him hard to win. I would take Robinson over him at 147 and McCallum at 154. Griffith at 147 is a decent choice as well.
