    jeffries was probably the bewst payd boxer in history

    for the comeback fight agains jack johnsen he 190000 dollars comparabel in the average joe earned about a1dollar a day in 1910. now i finaly understand why he took the fight


    jack johnsen invented his own wrench the johnsen wrench, used by mecanics 1920-1930


    sonny listons hands were so big he had to have spesialy made gloves, john lennon said listons hands looked like a bunch off bananas.


    Theodore Roosevelt sparred the middelweight mike donovan in the white house, he was a big fan

        Jack Dempsey probably the highest paid athlete in adjusted dollars. He was making a million a year back when Babe was the 2nd highest paid athlete who topped out at 80 grand. BTW, Johnson got paid the winners share of the Jeffries bout, more than Jeff was paid.

        Finally, but not least, an Elvis sighting. Elvis a big Ali and boxing fan who gave Ali a treasured robe he wore in many of his fights. Not to mention Sly Stallone, who couldn't carry Elvis' jock strap or guitar.
