Ya'll nuthing but haters....Joel Casmajor (current Ring Lightweight champion) has about 400 amateur fights with around 27 or so losses. If we convert it to 5th grader style we get 381-26 or something like that...anyways he's pretty good. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I can't be that far off.

Everett Skehan's bio on Marciano, which was put together with the tremendous help of Rocky's family members (like his brothers), certainly discusses his amateur career in depth, and is one that includes the four losses in the amateur ranks to fighters named Henry Lester (by DQ), Joe DeAngelis, Coley Wallace, and Bob Girard.
A small sapling from the book and on page 73;
"The McGinnis KO was Rocky's final amateur fight. He'd been in a dozen fights, losing four; to Lester, DeAngelis, Wallace, and Bob Girard."
All of those fights were discussed to some length in the book well beyond that short quote if you wished to look into it.
