I'm pretty sure he idolizes the guy. Sad to say he never amounted to anything but a hype. Tommy Morrison is a bum amongst bums. He knocked out bums until he faced a decent fighter in Mercer than gets his ass kicked. He then beats up on old washed up 70's and 80's great fighters Thomas Tillis Williams Foreman etc. faces a complete bum himself Michael Bentt (who might I add lost the title he won from Morrison in his very next fight), knocks Morrison senseless to take his title. Damn Morrison had a glass jaw, did you see how scared Bentt was, lol!

Tyson would have murdered these guys (Morrison and Bentt) with one punch!

this was probably the funniest fight ive ever seen. morrison was just about to get a big pay day with lewis and got knocked out in the first round by a no name.

if morrison had a decent chin he could have gone quite far unfortunantely its probably one of the weakest in heavyweight history

I concur! Tommy Morrison could have been a great talent. He had a great left hook and power to apply with it. I'm pretty sure had most of his recent opponents prior to fighting Mercer weren't scared to punch would have had just as much of a chance at knocking Morrison out like Bentt. Bentt was scared to throw a punch but when he did, he landed one that stunned Morrison bad, that was the changing point in this fight. Bentt knew exactly what to do and he did it. Just proves that the theory of Tyson's opponents being scared of him for the reason of their loses goes out the window.
