Don't you mean "Unforgivable Blackness"? Anyway I haven't read the book, but i've seen the documentary. It's a great series.

Yeah it is really good and you should buy the documentary as well. Tons of pics and footage about 3 hours worth.

- -Watched the Doc by Burns that came under heavy sifting by the boxing community, mostly without fault.
Thumbed thru at my bookstore before making contact with Ward with some suggested additions thAt he took with grace.
Nice guy and a subject full of myth that needed clarification.
