As far as more recent history goes:

Ali vs. Frazier (doesn't have to be THAT recent to still be the best)
Bowe vs. Holyfield (though only the first two fights were really great)
        Gatti vs. Ward (wasn't bad)
        Pacquiao vs. Morales
        Barrera vs. Morales

I have only seen on of Zale-Graziano's fights.

            I would go with either Ali-Frazier, Barrera-Morales, or Bowe-Holyfield.

Both Ali-Frazier and Barrera-Morales had classic 1st and 3rd fights, while their 2nd fights were not good. Ali-Frazier II was a boring clinchfest and Barrera-Morales II was OK at best, due to the first half of the fight being so slow.

Bowe-Holyfield had 3 very good fights, but none were at the level of the best fights in the other 2 trilogies.

Best trilogy should be one where all 3 fights were great. Ali-Frazier and Bowe-Holyfield had 1 fight that wasn't as good as the others.

All the Bowe-Holyfield fights were very good though. Larry Merchant made a point during the 3rd bout that the crowd wasn't as into it as before because the action was at close quarters and harder to see, but the viewers on TV got to see what vicious in-fighting there was.

Ali-Frazier II was pretty boring to me.

                  Barrera-Morales II was OK.

I really haven't seen any trilogies where all 3 fights are great. Bowe-Holyfield is the only one I've seen where all 3 of them were very good.
