So, can you honestly tell me johnson beat a heavyweight better than evander, no you can't.

If crap like primo carnera, jess willard, jim braddock and ingemar johanssen are in the hall of fame. Then rid**** bowe should be inducted for sure, this just shows how much of a bias the sport has towards the old guys. There were champs for 2 mintues, without any skill at all, lets put them in the hall of fame.

First off, carnera and Willard isn't in the hall of fame. Second, Johannson was a very good boxer with a good jab and a powerful right hand.

And Holyfield never beat anybody as good as a prime Johnson either.

carnera and willard are indeed in the hall of fame. What i'm saying that bowe beat a guy thats better than anyone johnson beat. Therefore bowe's best win is superior to johnson's best win.

That may be so, but that doesn't necessarily mean that Bowe could beat Johnson. Johnson just didn't get a chance to prove he could beat competiton superior to Bowe's competition. I'm sure he could.

Bowe dominated because Holy fought a ****** fight. You don't go right at the bigger man like that....Johnson wouldn't do that. Johnson was too smart, too fast, and just too damn good for Bowe.

holy had too much heart he would wade in and stand toe to toe with anyone. he should have fought bowe the way he fought foreman IMO

pimp, not every champ is inducted into the hall of fame bowe had alot of bad fights in his career he also lost his title becuase he refused to face the No 1 contender. i cannot see any resounding reason for him to be in the hall of fame.
