Dead pointless question. No, sorry, ****ing ****** question.

Why post if you know the answer?

G-Man was a talented boxer who frequently got two bull terriers in a ring, tied one of the dogs jaws together, and then watched the other rip the **** out of the defenseless animals. Cold-blooded mother****er, and due to this I'm glad he got what he deserved from Nigel Benn. Enjoy your time in a wheelchair, cabbage.

The ref was very poor, but the problem was gerald thinking he could KO everyone! I have an interview 2 days before the fight and he was asked about going the distance and he said he has so much power he would be looking for the early KO. He actually said why go 12 when i can go 2? He was over confident.

Mcclellan is said to be the hardest hitter in all middleweight history, probably tied with Jackson. I have seen Mcclellan do his thing in the gym on the heavybag and I will say this, he hits harder than MOST of ring magazine's top 100 Hardest Hitting heavyweights, including Mike Tyson(Who, amazing ly enough, was listed around 76th).
No doubt though that saying Benn was the hardest hitter is a legit statement, he was MURDEROUS. I never saw Benn on the bag though but the hardest hitter I ever saw at 154-170 something was Gerald Mcclellan. (I'm not saying Benn was the lesser power, I'm just saying Mcclellan was the one I saw.)

And yes I truly beleive that if things went the way they were looking he would have been with Robinson, Duran, Ali, Leonard, Hearns...etc. But God saw it more suitable one of his to pay for their crimes the way he paid for it, and I say it was a helluva punishment.

I think Benn had the power edge but McClellan had more tools. If McClellan hadn't suffered brain damage I believe he could very well have eventually made to the top ten Middleweight list. He had that much promise and had only started to scratch the surface of it.

Sorry to bring this thread back, but i've just read this post. What an absolute Pr*ck you are! Do you always believe everything you read or hear? And don't come back at me about him being into American Pit bull fights because i'm sure that dog fights are something that you know absolutely nothing about, apart from what the media have sensationalized. Your response is pathetic... Idiot.

Several people(Including Emmanuel Steward) have said McClellan was the greatest fighter they have ever seen. He was an extremely impressive athlete and he had it together mentally, but needed someone like Steward to guide him trough his skills. Because he became a slugger looking for a first round knockout. All in all, it just wasn't meant to be for Gman. Such a great sport, but she has also robbed us of many things.

benn hit to the back of the head numerous times, but g-man was sloppy too (mouthpiece, nuff said). benn won the fight fair, McClellan lacked the same power after the 2nd round.
