i'm no jump rope specialist but it looks like any standard speed jump rope. the ropes in the videos aren't weighted rope so just any old jump rope would work. I'm sorry if you were looking for the specific jump rope.

If you haven't even started boxing, just get a $5 rope from walmart. You're gonna look silly with your Roy Jones wannabe rope when you can't even skip.

if you're gonna start boxing, start out with a leather jump rope dude. it's best to start off with the right equipment right?

I havent started boxing training but been doing jump rope at regular gym for quite awhile thats why i asked about the jumprope, I am beginning in boxing but the jumprope routine I have been doing for quite awhile now, next up is working on the speedbag. Any tips?
