Hay guys, Was wondering if you had any magic tricks to better ones laptimes for 2000 meters? I need to score it in around 9 minutes and 30 seconds max, and my record so far is around 1100 meters on 8 minutes. Got asthma which triggers the worst when running so helpful hints or a link to where i can buy some concealable rocket boots would be awesome.

Can't you buy we oxygen inhalers for running .Also I would see a doctor and buy a heart rate monitor and ask him what rate you should train your heartrate at with asthma. Heart and lungs is what you need man and with asthma you might not have that much , ask a gp .

I've got a tip for you man .Don't lean forward to much when running if you lean forward your in a sprinters position and that fatigues you faster .

Also man the best way is probably to get your V02 max checked .That's a test that you take when going for something like the armed forces or fire services .It's a 20 metre shuttle run .Try and find a way to test your VO2 max or ask a doctor or specialist and find ways to improve it .
