if you look on the site sugarrays (its brittish but they ship internationaly) they have some quality equipment.

Sammy, more important than the swivel or speed bag make sure its mounted on a board heavey and solid enough to bounce the bag back at you at a good speed. I bought a speed bag set once at a good price and board wasn't steady enough to get a good rhythm hitting the bag, dont let it happen to you.
