I've decided and been going (for that past week) to the gym (fitness) 3 times a week, on Monday - Wednesday - and going today, Friday having the weekend off.
I'm aiming to lose a little fat and gain some muscle, so weight loss ain't nessiscary if I compensate the fat loss with muscle.
I normally run,do ab workout, lateral pull down's, chin up's, and chest, tricep and bicep work. Then leg work as in pushes and leg-curls?
Though, how much would you recommend me to run those 3 times per week?
I am aware, of the fact that it's better to run intervals. I know do 12 minutes.
Of every other 1.5 minute or something 7.5 km/h for 1.5 then 11 km/h for 1.5 and so on.
Is this good? Or is it not enough? Any ideas?
