    nothin really common..
    every1 trains differently..
    Im not boxer so i wouldnt know, however, i like lifting..
    I say stick with some of these exercises

    Pushups and all the variations - add weight once they get to easy for strength
    Pullups, Chinups - "
    Barbell rows, inverted Pullups
    OH presses
    Squats
    Deadlifts
    DB snatches

    look them up on youtube for what they are..
    i think you should get one of ross enamaits books..

        Squats
        Deadlifts
        pull ups/chin ups
        olympic lifts.

          yeah everything listed above is good. Also you could try doing a DOC (deck of cards.) You get a deck, shuffle, flip over the first card and do that many pushups....and you do that for the entire deck with no break in between
